What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the kind of help you need and your message.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data for each request, such as your IP address, browser and the page you asked for.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
We use the details you send through the contact form only to reply to your request and to talk about a possible project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us (art. 6(1)(f)).
Server logs are used to keep the website running and secure, which is also a legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
Who processes it for us
- Hosting: Azure Static Web Apps (Microsoft).
- Contact form delivery and email: Microsoft 365 (Microsoft), which delivers your message to our inbox and hosts our email.
- Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal data.
We don't sell your data or share it with anyone beyond these providers.
Messages from the contact form pass through Microsoft's servers in the United States (Azure, East US) on their way to our inbox. Microsoft is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as giving adequate protection (GDPR art. 45).
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for 12 months after our last contact, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what the law requires for contracts and invoices.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@hardigital.ro and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP.
Cookies
None. Our analytics don't use cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
